Important Notice

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If request for cancellation is done before 12:00 PM IST of December 31st 2026, Only 50% of the registration amount paid (without the GST amount) will be refunded.
  • If the request for cancellation comes after 12:00 PM IST of January 1st 2027, there will be no refund of the amount paid (incl. GST).
  • In the event of postponement or rescheduling of the conference in the same or a different country due to war or any other unavoidable circumstances, the registration will be automatically transferred to the newly proposed date. If refund is requested, only 50% of the total paid amount shall be refunded (Without including GST).
